The Position – Licensed Property Manager with business skills, wanting to take the next step of responsibility to drive, grow and lead our property management portfolio.
A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced, Licensed Property Manager with strong leadership skills. This is a full-time role commencing immediately. The successful candidate will be a customer service superstar, wanting to take the next step in their career.
You will work closely with our Melbourne based team all to manage and grow our property management section of our business through networking, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long term relationships with new and existing clients.
This is a hands on, diverse role that offers lots of support but requires a can-do attitude.
The Person
The successful candidate will be a bubbly, honest, highly organised, hardworking individual with excellent leadership and communication skills with a desire to lead.
You will have working knowledge of the property development process and real estate sectors with an understanding of current market risks and opportunities.
You MUST have a current Victorian Real Estate Licence. Bi Lingual (Mandarin and English) would be highly desireable.
