About the company
This is a chance to be working for a property developer with projects nationwide with a focus on residential land sub-divisions, new homes, apartments, commercial and mixed-use developments. Duties & Responsibilities

• Punctual preparation of the Development Application for each project
• Develop and sustain cash flows and budgets for each individual project
• Monthly reporting on project
• Work with the technical consultants – Surveyors, Architects and Engineers in association with their area of specialisation to ensure the project runs in the most effective
• Analysis of all tender documentation received from external consultants for every project
• Establish strong working relationships with councils and statutory authorities to ensure development applications
• Issue contract acceptance letters
• Work alongside other the other departments within the company to make sure all planning objectives are met

Skills & Experience

• A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Land subdivision
• Demonstrated expertise in financial and budget management
• Strong in contractor and consultant management
• Outstanding writing and reporting skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills as well as a great communicator
