They have a large team of professionals who continue to work closely with a number of individuals assisting to build a strong property investment portfolio ultimately resulting in long term financial security. 

This is an extremely rare opportunity for a passionate and high performing individual to play a key role as the WA Sales Manager.

About the role

• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that enables the achievement of both client acquisition and sales goals;
• Champion the use of the Salesforce CRM across the team;
• Oversee the team’s sales activities and conversion rates as well as coach individual members to improve their results;
• Work closely with internal marketing, in the development and execution of marketing initiatives; and
• Oversee lead generation, distribution and ongoing management of the database.

In addition to leading the team, you will also perform your own sales driving a range of lead generation, sales and marketing initiatives.

About you

To be considered for this position, you will have a genuine interest and passion for property and wealth creation coupled with a strong sales management /leadership background.

You will have demonstrated success in attracting, motivating and retaining a successful sales team as well as a long term relationship customer focus and drive.

Fluency in Mandarin and English will be highly regarded however is not a strict requirement for the role.
