One of Australia's leading property groups, our client, is currently seeking a Marketing Manager for a Shopping Centre Asset with a strong understanding of retail environments to join their marketing team. 
  
Based South of Brisbane CBD and reporting to the Centre Manager and the State Marketing Manager, your role will be to work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective marketing campaigns are executed for their Shopping Centre Asset. 
  
The main responsibilities for the Marketing Manager include:

• The development and delivering of a strategic marketing plan and Budget for the Centre
• Building strong relationships with retailers
• Analysing key performance indicators of the asset including sales, traffic and PR
• Rolling out campaigns and measuring the return on investment

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Have prior AND recent experience in a shopping centre marketing environment (minimum 2 years)
• Be degree qualified in a Marketing or similar discipline
• Knowledge of shopping centre branding and marketing campaigns from planning to implementation
• Be a highly motivated team player
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
