Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Providing memorable customer experiences throughout all touch points in the real estate listing and sales process

·        Customer database management based on a 'client for life' approach

·        Prospecting including but not limited to database management, cold calls, letterbox drops, door knocking and networking

·        Listing and selling property

·        Conducting open for inspections

·        Meeting weekly and monthly targets and KPIs

·        Relationship-building using your database

·        Liaising & negotiating with vendors and buyers     

The Successful candidate will have:

·        Self-motivated, well-presented individual with exceptional communication skills

·        Be willing to constantly improve and succeed

·        Sound judgment be energetic and focused

·        Real estate sales experience is preferable or solid background in sales/account management

·        Current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence and Police Check is essential
