Purpose of the role:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of sites and clients / customers to ensure that Assetlink’s contractual service obligations are delivered, while meeting financial and operational metrics in the delivery of this service. Act as the key relationship holder with existing clients and mentor and drive the operational performance of sites within the portfolio and act as a pivotal stakeholder in contract extension and renewals.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

People

  • Service Delivery Managers are engaged in excellent service delivery (Surveys/Audits).
  • Compulsory training completions (% completed).
  • Knowledge sharing is encouraged (activities)
  • Workplace chats are conducted and feedback is actioned. (number / actions taken).
  • Consistent communication across the portfolio regarding performance and news within the Assetlink business (frequency and coverage)

Safety

  • Hazards, incidents and near misses are reported and actioned. (number / actions).
  • Safety audits and observations are conducted as per schedule (number / frequency / outcomes)

Operational Delivery

  • Scheduled quality site inspections are conducted (audits/ feedback).
  • Scheduled internal and external reporting (reporting).
  • Identifies and actions opportunities to enhance the service delivery and provide recommendations to the client. (Specials budget/actuals)

Financial

  • Portfolio budget is met and variances actioned to ensure non-repeat (budget/ P&L).
  • Additional revenue by business development and promoting additional work (per budget).

Personal Development

  • Committed to learning and growing (development plan)
  • Seeks support to improve (performance review).

Client Focus

  • Transparency and frequency of client reporting meets preferences (client reporting)
  • Client relationships across various contacts within the contract portfolio and clients prompted to give honest feedback. (client feedback)

Innovation

  • Seeks innovation opportunities and makes recommendations (number / quality)
  • Communicates innovation initiatives to client and celebrates success (reporting).

  • Able to interpret, pre-empt and understand customer/client behaviour to enhance the service.
