EXPERIENCED BUILDING MANAGER

Monday to Friday plus on call for emergencies

Melbourne based FM company is seeking an experienced residential Building Manager to manage one building - of approx 400 apartments in Melbourne CBD.

The role;

Management of on site night staff
Ensuring property is maintained to appropriate standards
Coordinating access and works scheduled during major projects
Ensuring all Safety Measures are met and in place
Providing reports to the OC and Operations Manager by conducting regular inspections
Ensuring security of the building at all times
Use of building management software- to create incident reports and log all reports and assets
Asset Management

About You;

Significant experience in Building Management
Must be able to work autonomously
Excellent diplomatic skills
Good communication skills
Significant technical experience
