Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing a well-maintained portfolio
• Maintenance and repairs
• All ingoing and outgoing reports
• Arrears renewals and reviews
• Professional tenant and landlord liaison

Skills & Experience

• Substantial experience in real estate
• A valid Agents Representative Certificate
• Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
• Adept with using real estate software
• A genuine passion for the real estate industry
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
