Role & Responsibilities
Knight FM Australia is looking for experienced Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) to assist the team to deliver comprehensive facilities management services as part of our FM Support Centre, to a portfolio of clients/locations. Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Coordination between supplier and client for site visits
- Instruct/advise suppliers on client site inductions prior to visits
- Follow up with suppliers to obtain quotes for services
- Provide quotes to Knight FM Facilities Manager to vet
- Coordination between supplier and client for works to occur on sites
- Manage service reports from suppliers
- Follow up with client after works are performed
- Follow up with suppliers after works are performed
Role Expectations:
- Ability to manage multiple work requests and suppliers across various sites simultaneously
- Previous experience in building services or project facilities management
- Excellent organisational skills, multi task and manage a high volume of work
- Demonstrated knowledge of company structure, systems and processes
- Exceptional customer and supplier management skills
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, performance driven, flexible and adaptable
- Experience in the management of diverse facilities management issues
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to develop themselves professionally
- Strong computer systems skills including Microsoft Suite and other programs associated with Facilities Management
