As a Senior Property Manager you will be backed by outstanding support and provided with the latest technology.  Day to day your role will include but will not be limited to:

• Managing approx 180 properties using REST.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships
• Organising repairs and maintenance
• Chasing rent arrears and overseeing rental increases
• No Accounts, No Weekends, No Leasing
• Manage a Leasing Consultant to support you with day to day duties

To be successful in securing this rare role you will need:
 
• Previous  experience as a Property Manager
• Knowledge of Real Estate software, ideally REST
• Strong communication skills & immaculate presentation.
