What this job involves
Working as part of the portfolio leadership team, you will ensure management of assets in the portfolio, with a focus on the value of asset returns, contract management, services, systems and operational improvement.
You will demonstrate contract performance capabilities with writing, reviewing & managing contracts to optimise service and performance. You’ll ensure client objectives are the core focus of the contracts and deliver best practice.
You’ll play an active involvement in regular meetings and rate the contract performance of the service providers as well as ensure service providers are delivering value-add/innovations benefits.
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
You’ll be a proven performer in all aspects of financial & contract management and have proven experience in the supervision of the broad spectrum of building services and their systems including fire systems, electrical, mechanical & building intelligence
Both strong written and spoken communication skills are vital and, of course, you’ll be good at building team relationships and interacting effectively with business partners
Some formal tertiary qualification in Facilities Management or similar is preferred as well as additional qualifications or training in complementary disciplines
