ABOUT THE COMPANY.

They are located in Sydney's Western Suburbs, and are renowned for providing the very best services, giving their clients and tenants the best return on their investments. Due to their strong reputation and increasing portfolio, they are currently seeking a Property Manager who has a strong work ethic, and a desire to progress in their career.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As a Leasing Executive you will assist in the day to day operations involved to ensure problematic concerns are dealt with smoothly. You will be taught to implement performance measures to secure and maintain these operations at all times, and work closely with management teams where you will engage, liaise, and grow with your peers.
DUTIES.
- Liaise with tenants, owners and contractors
- Arrears collections, lease renewals and lease negotiations
- Attend inspections
- Use of REST and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience as a Lasing Executive is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Can do attitude with a strong work ethic
