Due to business growth we are seeking an experienced full time Property Manager, to join us at our established and well-respected Real Estate Agency in Tamworth.
Core responsibilities include:
- Maintaining an extremely high level of customer service and building solid long-term relationships with owners and tenants
- Responding to tenant enquiries and communicating status updates
- Operational management of all maintenance requests
- Lease end processes
- Lease renewals
- Rent arrears
To be successful in your application you will need the following skills:
- 1-2 years previous property management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong negotiations skills
- A friendly and energetic attitude!
- A current NSW drivers licence and registered vehicle
- Certificate of Registration
