This award winning agency in the Hills District is looking for an energetic, proactive, and mature minded person to join their highly motivated team.

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Organising repairs and maintenance
  • Ingoing Inspections
  • Arrears management
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Invoicing


To be suitable for this position you must have a passion for Real Estate and will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Property Officer
  • Experience using CONSOLE
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone skills
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task and time manage
  • A team player with a great, energetic attitude
  • Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
  • Hold a Certificate of Registration
  • Drivers licence and own transport
