This is an opportunity to work close to home in an exclusive brand with superior client service. Located near Elwood, this is an extremely qualified team with a depth of local knowledge. Currently seeking a Leasing Consultant, you will be supported and guided the whole way through your new role. 
  
You will be leasing out BRAND NEW apartments in one of Melbourne’s most sought after suburbs! The Beauty about this role is that most of the properties are all in one spot which means less travel for you!

The Role:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Routine inspections
• Preparing lease sign ups and lease packs
• Reference checking
• Processing Applications
• Reviewing application forms
• Ad hoc administration duties

Skills & Experience:

• Previous leasing experience in Real Estate 
• Knowledge of Real Estate programs – this team uses Property Me & Inspect Real Estate (training provided!)
• A current Agents Representative Certificate
• Own car and driver's license
• Excellent computer skills and strong communication
• Highly organized 
• The ability to think outside the square
