Spring Professional are exclusively recruiting this exciting opportunity for a Retail Facilities Manager working for a well established Property and Facilities Management company in Sydney.
You will be based between Balgowlah and Cammeray looking after two Retail Shopping Centres.
Key responsibilities of the position:
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Working closely with the Centre Manager to roll out the strategic and operational direction, whilst containing expenditure within budget
- Ensuring compliance with Occupation Health and Safety policies are kept and adhered to
- Ensuring standards are kept at a high quality making sure to meet or exceed customer and retailer expectations
- Handle the management of on-site fit outs and refurbishments
- Implementation of the safety management systems
- Coordination and management of contractors, ensuring agreed standards of service delivery are met
- Proactive approach to deal with the day-to-day operations of the centre
- Budgeting, reporting and capital expenditure requirements.
Ideal candidate will display:
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Prior experience in a facilities management capacity
- Prior experience managing multiple contractors and budgets
- A keen ability to thrive in a busy Retail environment
To be successful for this role, you will have a proven successful track record in the retail industry with retail shopping centre.
