Work within this top performing office alongside an experienced Property Management team to carry out all leasing duties. The role:
This fast paced role is Monday - Saturday with a full day off in lieu and will see you working closely with the Property Management department to lease residential homes across the Hills District. You responsibilities will include:
- Book and attend opens and private inspections
- Process applications and reference checking
- Advertise vacant properties
- Lease preparation and lease sign ups
- Manage and maintain prospective tenant database
- Respond to all inbound tenant inquiry
- Assist with ingoing inspections or repairs as required
Experience needed:
- Previous leasing experience for a minimum 6 months
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A clean drives Licence and reliable car
- Full availability to work Saturdays
- Immaculate presentation and clear communication skills
