We are seeking dynamic individuals willing to invest time and effort in the Kay & Burton brand of professionalism, service and discretion and in building and maintaining strong relationships. We are looking for a passionate, driven and well-established realtor to join our residential sales team.

You will have a thorough understanding of the real estate industry in any of these geographical locations;

  • South Yarra
  • Armadale
  • Hawthorn
  • Brighton
  • Portsea / Sorrento
  • Flinders


Your primary purpose is to generate revenue for the business through listing, managing and selling residential properties. You will interact effectively with buyers to drive inspection of available properties and encourage offers and bids through private sales, at auction or expressions of interest to complete a sale. The position requires you to perform key income generating tasks including the listing, negotiating and selling of residential property.

You may currently be an Assistant / PA or standalone agent with a strong desire to be in sales . You will also be required to maintain ongoing relationships with other members of the team including: Senior Management, Board of Directors, Direct Manager, Key stakeholders and Colleagues.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess:

· Experience within a sales role within the real estate industry

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Agent’s Rep or licence

· Strong customer focus and a desire to want to sell!

· You are organised, can prioritise and have a great eye for detail.
