Our client is a prestigious property specialist servicing the highly sought after Lower North Shore area. This close knit and hard-working team have a reputation for delivering outstanding results and an unrivalled service to their boutique clientele.
They are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to take over the management of a small and tidy rent roll.

The Position
In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a tidy portfolio of 55 properties
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Process tenancy applications and select tenants
- Manage repair and maintenance requests
- Liaise with landlords and tenants on a daily basis
- Attend tribunal hearings as required
- Support a small Property Management team
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
- Previous real estate or property management experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
