ROLE

We are now accepting applications from experienced candidates who are looking to develop their Real Estate Sales career and work alongside a Townsville Agent. This position is a pivotal support role which will see you assist the agent with all aspects of administration. This position will provide you with an opportunity to expand your real estate skills and experience.
Duties & responsibilities:
Execute all typing, printing formatting of standard marketing procedures;
Printing of Comparative Market Analysis reports for agent to take to marketing appraisal/listing appointment
Assist with agent diary management
Prepare pre list kit for agent
Prepare agency agreement
Coordinate advertising
Prepare Open For Inspection kit (brochures, rental letters, contracts, business cards)
Ensure listing checklists are completed and listings are compliant
Assist with advertising campaigns
Proof marketing campaigns
General administration duties including filling and database management
Liaise with sellers and buyers
SKILLS
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Must have or obtain Real Estate Certificate of registration
Real Estate Experience is preferred
Reliable and a team player
Ability to problem solve and solutions driven
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
Strong administration and computer literacy skills
