ABOUT THE COMPANY

ACRWORLD are working with one of Sydney's leading boutique Strata Management companies with a solid presence in the NSW market over the past 10 years.

The company is going through an exciting growth phase with a new opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team on a full time basis, based out of their beautiful offices close to Barangaroo.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step up and drive the future pipeline and growth of the business. Work closely alongside the Director and Team Leader who are some of Sydney's most respected strata figures in this diverse and busy role!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Be the primary person in generating new business leads through existing clients and new potential clients in the industry
Develop solid relationships with property developers, owners and tenants
Assist with the set up of first Annual General Meetings within the building
Participate in marketing and advertising strategies through various platforms including online, social media and face to face meetings

ABOUT YOU

2-3 years experience within a Business Development role within the NSW property industry
Knowledge of the strata industry and NSW market
Previous experience working closely with Property Developers where solid rapport has been built would be very advantageous
Confident in networking and building new relationships
Have a genuine interest and passion in building and growing a business and eventually our own team!
