We are a multiple awards winning, young and innovative residential investment agency. As our clients purchase property in a range of areas across Australia we act as a point of contact for property management interstate as well as managing clients' portfolios locally.

Currently we have an exciting position for a talented office-based property manager to assist the Property Management and Acquisitions teams.

This role is perfect for a senior property manager who is tired of running around town conducting inspections and processing applications. Step away from the property management rat race as this role is desk based and manages the process from purchase through to letting.

 

About the role:

Support the Property Acquisitions and Management teams with administration, settlement and post transaction, project management, client liaison and more!

 

Duties & responsibilities:

Leasing

  • Work with interstate branch offices to manage the advertising of rental properties, assist with tenant selection and landlord communication.

Project Management

  • Process maintenance and renovation requests, including tendering quotes and project managing both cosmetic and larger renovations.

Post Transaction Management

  • Manage the purchase process from signed contract, through to settlement and letting. This includes liaising with Landlords, Pest and Building, Finance and Conveyancing.

 

Skills & experience:

  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Strong experience with managing maintenance and renovations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Great problem solving skills.
