The Company

Leading property group with established portfolio of real estate assets across commercial, retail, residential and industrial sectors.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the CIO you will focus on investment analysis, portfolio analysis and supporting the Head of Investment & Funds Management across Capital Transactions/Capital Allocation.

Key measurable responsibilities include;

• Assist in review and analysis on potential acquisition opportunities
• Assist in providing analysis and information to the board and senior management
• Carry out project work from time to time to assist in board and senior management decision making on capital allocation.
• Work with investment banks, advisory and consulting groups on various assignments from time to time.

The Candidate
   

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, property or economics/commerce.
• A background in real estate M&A/Investment Banking or Big 4 Advisory trained with 2-5yrs experience is ideal.
• Ideally you will have exposure and a track record of working on real estate transactions within a bank or advisory firm.

You must have high level analytical and presentation/report writing skills, a deep underlying interest in real estate and an ability to drive effective relationships to deliver commercial outcomes / objectives.
