Receptionist positions available - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PLEASE and a drivers licence and car.
We are one of industry's leaders in Body Corporate Management, with over 30 years delivering outstanding service to our clients all over South East Queensland.
Included in our portfolio is the opportunity to manage many prestige apartments complexes and commercial schemes.
Our head office is based in Windsor. With our business expanding we are looking for a receptionist to join our dynamic and fun team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Responding to email correspondence
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Be able to learn and interpret legislation in accordance with the Body Corporate Community Management Act 1997
- Assistance arrange repairs and maintenance
- Arranging appropriate insurances
- Administration activities
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pride in your presentation and professional attire
- Be highly organised and have strong time management skills
- Have high attention to detail
- Be friendly and proactive in your customer service approach
A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
