THE ROLE
Our Business Partner, a recognised Government Department, is currently seeking for a Facilities Manager to join the Facilities Maintenance team to be responsible for the strategic oversight of multiple facilities in the Gosford region on a 6 month contract.
You will heavily focus on strategic management, ensuring you and your team are providing high standards of customer service to clients with maintaining various infrastructure assets including; buildings, parks, roads and drainage system.
Key responsibilities include;
- Providing asset management planning relating to client’s facilities
- Preparing planned maintenance schedules for all asset types
- Coordination of contractors and service providers
- Reporting, analysing and maintaining asset management systems
- Working in unison with the Facilities Management team assisting with major and minor works
- WHS accountabilities; toolbox talks, JSA, risk assessments, investigation and reporting
CANDIDATE PROFILE
People, being their core value in everything they do, they are ideally seeking for an experienced Defects/Maintenance/Handyman who have worked with a Construction company who is a natural leader with strong people and process management skills with a proven track record of winning projects through strategic finesse and solution oriented.
