Park1 Real Estate offers a vast range of services including residential sales & commercial sales, leasing & property management. We are continuously improving our business and currently looking for an experienced  Property Manager.   Must have experience in Console.

Selection Criteria

To be successful candidate for the position of Property Manager with our team you will require:

• Current Agents Representative Certificate
• Current Drivers License, Reliable Vehicle
• A strong work ethic & willingness to chase a lead
• Strong focus on delivering a high level customer service experience
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure & autonomously
• Hard working, motivated, hungry for success

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
• Conducting Open for Inspections
• Following up and managing Tenants
• Attending listing presentations
• Maintaining and growing your database
• Listing rental properties
• Console knowledge
• Processing maintenance requests
• Bank Reconciliations
• Landlord and Creditors' Payments
• End of Month
• Conducting open home inspections
• Assisting in Reception
