Due to internal promotions the opportunity of the year is here! An amazing opportunity to join a large Melbourne Developer in their Asset Management team and progress your Real Estate career.
Working closely with the Senior Asset Managers you will work on a portfolio with very low vacancies.  This is not your typically end to end role, but the opportunity to rise through the ranks is certainly an option. This company has serval different division and have great career progression.

For this role you will have:

• Experience as a Property Manager in Commercial and/or Residential
• Knowledge of the leases Act - Commercial and/or Residential
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
• Agents Representative certificate or Full Real Estate licence
• It savvy, strong attention to detail
• Open minded, ready to learn, great smile
• Amazing service management
• Team player
• Excellent written & verbal skills
