Your new role
The successful candidate is required to maintain positive, professional relationships with property owners, tenants and third party contractors at all times along with controlling tenancies and maintenance of your portfolio, scheduling and attending rental exhibitions, processing rental applications and background checks of perspective tenants and appear before, and provide advice to property owners on Tribunal matters.
What you'll need to succeed
A driver’s license is essential, a current ACT real estate certificate, and any proven experience with the current real estate legislation and/or an ability to handle a growing portfolio of properties.
What you'll get in return
Ongoing training will be provided to the successful candidate, along with free car parking, a work car provided from Monday-Friday between working hours and no weekend work in the foreseeable future as the current portfolio is very manageable.
