What's the role?
We're looking for a driven Occupancy Planner to provide project support to key clients across Australia. You will ensure an exceptional quality of service is delivered and drive consistent implementation of Occupancy Planning processes and Best Practices. You will support the development and delivery of Space Planning solutions in line with Property Strategies that meet changing portfolio requirements including space allocation, relocation/consolidation planning, adjacency planning, etc.
Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:
Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and ‘team work’ attitude is a must. Experience in occupancy planning and space data reporting is important. A working knowledge of CAFM and/or IWMS administration and quality assurance is nice to have. Flexibility to travel occasionally.
