Position responsibilities:
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be well organised, able to work under pressure and have the ability to effectively prioritise demands and meet deadlines
Must promote positive working relationships with tenants, co-workers, management and corporate staff
Building and maintaining a positive, mutually beneficial relationship with tenants
Generating work orders
Conducting periodic inspections of the property ensuring compliance with leases and proper upkeep of the property
Preparing tenant correspondence and file notes
Ensuring that property and lease files are maintained and kept up to date
Coordinating and scheduling appointments on-site and off -site
Qualifications:
Current Driver's License & Certificate of Registration
Must have a high attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Computer skills
Dedication and positive attitude
