The Company

Independent corporate advisory firm who specialise in high value work, in real estate advisory. This covers the whole stake of structuring and sourcing capital, front end acquisition & development advisory and back end transaction management.

The Opportunity

As a Director in the business you will be aligned to a group of proprietors who have a strong track record and market profiles reaching back from careers in investment banking, listed developers and funds management platforms.

You will be of a level of seniority to run major projects directly - the style of project could be of any nature of advisory work including;

• Sourcing funding for major development projects
• Structuring financial transactions on real estate investment & development projects
• Front end development management for major schemes
• Transaction management - appointing & managing consultant teams to execute transaction objectives for real estate deals

The role will be working with clients that range from Australian REITs, private developers, offshore capital investors, global banks, and in some instances although a minority of cases, public sector organisations.

Projects can include major XX,000 sq m development projects, multi-million dollar property transactions, and significant Sydney skyline projects that will leave a legacy on the real estate investment landscape for a considerable time.

The Candidate

You will be a seasoned professional with upwards of 10-15 years experience in Australian real estate. You will be an individual that understands corporate finance and structuring, as well as hands-on property experience with a focus on developers.

It is important that you have a level of presentation & stakeholder relationship skills to manage significant relationships for the business.
