The Position
Due to the multitude of leads coming through their door, their PM department is expanding quickly, thus a rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join this highly successful business and take the reins of the department.
Managing a small and tidy residential portfolio of 140 properties (all situated in the local area), you will provide end to end portfolio management minus the trust accounts and assist with the development of the department.
- Coordinate all ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Manage rent reviews and lease renewals
- Oversee repairs, maintenance and compliancy
- Tribunal preparation and attendance
- Recruit and train a property management team
- Conduct new business
- Management of the Console database
The Person
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Property Management experience
- Knowledge of Console highly desirable
- Solid knowledge of the Act
- Must have a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate licence
- Tech savvy and enthusiastic
- A love of systems, structure and processes
- A vision to grow!
