Your new company
Working for a Global Corporate as their Senior Facilities Manager will provide you with access to cutting edge market leading facilities. This organisation are best of breed in their sector and their new iconic facilities will complement their excellence. You will be intimately involved in ensuring their new premises is fit for purpose and meeting desired expectations, regularly liaising with the executive suite down.
Your new role
As the Senior Facilities Manager you will take responsibility for the functional delivery of the services provided to the business relating to facilities management operations. This is a direct facilities management position which is high profile and requires highly developed communication and planning skills. As you will be developing the budgets from the ground up you will have advanced commercial acumen commensurate with such a senior position. You will be negotiating, implementing and managing service contracts, providing P&L statement reports and regular briefings to the senior management. Involvement across the FM industry will be highly regarded as this role will expose you to industry conferences and seminars.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this high profile Senior Facilities Manager opportunity you will be in a similar position for a major corporate direct or as your client, with multiple floors in a premium grade facility. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications. Your strong business acumen and positive relationship building skills will be fully utilised in this demanding role as customer service is paramount. Exposure to CMMS, management information systems, and people management is a given for this position.
Experience representing an organisation to project groups relating to corporate refurbs and new build fitouts will be advantageous as you will play an integral role in all projects impacting on the facilities.
