This is a position for a Senior Property Manager to work closely with a successful Department Head in running a streamline division of approx. 15 staff. We are looking for someone with exceptional client care and customer service to join a high profile department and manage a streamline portfolio. Monday – Friday, on a day to day basis, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Support a Department Head in any 2IC requirements
- Manage 150 properties all based in the Shire
- Liaise with both Landlords and Tenants
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Completion on ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required (hardly ever!)
- Manage a Leasing Consultant
The Candidate:
- Previous Property Management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
