About the Position

Anglicare SQ is one of Queensland’s most experienced community service providers, and over the years our offering has evolved under different banners, and expanded greatly to include “all of life” services. Our range of supports is ever-increasing and are delivered in partnership with government and other organisations, and to continue these essential services, Anglicare require the support of a dedicated Corporate Services team, which incorporate Finance and Property. This team is now looking for an efficient, friendly and professional Administration Officer to join them on a full time basis.

 

About You

Offering a background in quality administrative and clerical support within the building, construction, or real estate industries, your capabilities will include:

  • Understanding of procedures, policies and legislation relating to residential and commercial property management
  • Knowledge of rental renewals and occupancy reviews; leasing and licencing requirements
  • Strong abilities in coordination of accounts, invoices and other financial data relating to property & assets
  • Experience with project processes including reporting and documentation
  • Development, preparation and maintenance of reports, procedures and policies
  • Proven background of high-level administrative functions including database input and maintenance
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Your cool, calm and collected manner will be teamed with:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate in a professional but friendly manner to a range internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-centric focus
  • Ability to apply effective judgement and initiative, with strong problem-solving and decision-making
  • Demonstrated capacity to up-manage and maintain open channels of communication
  • Ability to manage competing and conflicting priorities in a polite, professional manner
  • Flexibility to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Motivation and dedication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently both on and off site

You will be required to hold a current National Police Certificate and Queensland Driver Licence.
