The Company:
Our is a highly regarded operator in the land, residential, and affordable housing sector with a reputation for delivering quality projects in high growth locations in the City of Sydney. Due to growth they are looking to expand their new business division with the addition of a development analyst to assist the acquisitions manager in assessing development sites. 

The Role: 
This is a fantastic role for someone who is strong and sharp with numbers and has a passion for development. Within this role you will be reporting into the GM of Property/New Business and learning from a number of the high performing Development staff. You will be analysing various residential development sites throughout Sydney. You will have the support and mentoring from highly respected leaders across the business and opportunity for career progression in development. 

You will be responsible for:

• Maintain and update project financial model 
• Preparing due diligence reports for development sites
• Assist Development Managers in obtaining updated cost forecasts
• Providing high level analysis and reporting on each project
• Monitor lot production and stock efficiency
• Report regularly to line manager on progress, budgets, risks, and opportunities

The Candidate:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Property, Commerce, or Project Management a must
• Strong financial acumen
• Strong feasibility skills
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Passion for property and desire to commit to the company long term and build a career
