Our client is a multi award winning Real Estate office and is recognized as one of the leading offices within Sydney's Hill's District. With over 24 years in the industry, our client believes that professionalism coupled with a high standard of service and knowledge has provided the perfect formula for success.  Their strong property management division is seeking a Property manager to work along side their dynamic and innovative team.

 
The Role:

Monday- Friday - this is your chance to join a strong Property management division with a local based portfolio. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Support a Senior Property Manager with approximately 180 properties 
• Effectively liaise with tenants 
• Attending Tribunals
• Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Arrears control
• Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
• Working towards targets and KPI's

The Candidate:

• You will have 2 years' experience in Property Management 
• A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License 
• Strong attention to detail and strong organisation skills 
• You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
• REST experience is a must!
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
