Our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide them onsite Facility Management solutions.
We manage concierge through to cleaning services, as well as reactive & preventative maintenance, engineering & safety. We also look at their leasing & property requirements. IFM can also analyse and offer solutions on how to decrease their environmental footprint.
What this job involves
You will provide comprehensive facility, finance, contract & procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement onsite with a Regional account based in Sydneys west.
You will manage day to day client activities for the assigned property/facility and be the onsite key contact for the client and stakeholders. Client liaison, budgetary control, operational resources management as well as endorsing, promoting and demonstrating superior customer service delivery will be a key element to the role.

You will have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and previous facilities management in a corporate environment is essential. Strong budget and financial analysis skills will see you thrive in the position. Above all you will be a strong communicator, have excellent presentation skills and have a passion for quality.
You'll be able to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines as well as being goal oriented & focused on meeting performance targets. You must be able to manage external providers, liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels and thrive working within a small team environment.
