Your new company

Your new role
- Manage a portfolio of 180 properties
- Closely maintain strong landlord/tenant relationships
- Attend tribunals
- Manage repairs & maintenance
- Manage arrears control
- Conduct ingoing & outgoing inspections
What you'll need to succeed
- 2 years' + experience managing a residential portfolio
- Current Certificate of Registration & Drivers License
- Strong communication skills & a high attention to detail
