• $50,000 - $55,000 + Super + Bonuses (depends on experience)

The Duties

• Manage a small portfolio
• Advertise and market new properties
• Conduct open inspections
• Process tenancy applications and prepare leases
• Manage arrears
• Assist with repairs and maintenance

The Applicant

• Some experience in a Real Estate role desirable 
• Agents Rep Cert
• Outstanding communication skills and excellent presentation
• Car and driver’s license is essential for this role
