A great opportunity to Join our Property Investment Management team at LJ Hooker Flinders Park.

Duties would include and not limited to 

• Build and maintain working relationships with landlords and tenants
• Arrears management & control
• Arrange maintenance
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Leasing properties
• Attending SACAT when required

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Qualified in Property Management with a minimum 1 -2 years experience in managing a portfolio
• Hold a current drivers's licence
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Possess strong communication and organisational skills and a positive friendly 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude
• Knowledge of REST Professional software
