Thee rent role is a clean one with a centrally located portfolio in North Sydney. The position has become available due to organic growth to their team.
Your New Role
Servicing a portfolio of 170 managements with full support, you will be responsible for delivering top quality service for your landlords and tenants whilst having the pleasure of working within a fun and culture driven environment. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Your responsibilities will include
Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approx.
170 properties in your portfolio
Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
Conducting repairs and maintenance
Rental arrears management
Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
NO accounts and NO Leasing
A bit about you
Minimum of 18 months in property management
Certificate of Registration is a MUST
Well Presented
Highly Organised and customer service orientated
Keen and eager to build your own and the agencies reputation
