The Role
They require the experience of a knowledgeable and professional property management guru to take on the role of Team Leader/ Department Head overseeing the team.
You will need to set the service standard expected of this agency and provide staff with all aspects of portfolio assistance in what is a very busy and dynamic agency.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Provide support and assistance in all property management matters
- Provide training, feedback and learning opportunities to ensure each members career plans are progressing
- Troubleshoot property management issues with clients and staff
- Set KPI's for all staff members of the Property Management Department in line with company growth plans
- Arrange portfolio cover during staff absences and leave
- Manage rosters, working arrangements and inductions
- Manage all escalated items to achieve a positive resolution for the business in line with company policy
About You:
We are seeking an experienced, mature, organised and through real estate professional who has:
- Extensive experience in property management with a strong track record of quality customer service
- A proven manager who can easily handle the competing demands of a large team
- Well-presented and confident with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Organised with a second to none ability to manage and prioritise tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail
