A high-performing Local Developer in South-West Sydney, are looking for an Assistant Development Manager to provide support across a number of key residential and commercial projects. The business has a strong reputation in the market for providing a high-quality product and has a successful track record of delivering a mix of medium to large scale developments (up to $60m). This role is newly-created and has come available due to continued growth across the business.
Your main duties/responsibilities will include:
- Conducting feasibility studies
- Contract management and acquisition due diligence
- Assisting with the end to end development proposals
- Liaising with Consultants, Government, Town Planners, Project Managers and Design team
- Reporting on financial and program status
- Monitoring the Construction program and budget
- Assisting with the engagement and management of consultants
You will be / have:
- Degree qualified in Property Development or Construction related field of study
- Previous experience in a development focused role conducting feasibility studies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Self-motivated, driven and a team-player
