IPA are seeking a skilled HR & Payroll Officer for their diverse client located in Townsville in a part time capacity.

In order to be successful for the role, you must have the following skills and experience;

  • Recruitment processes and screening as well as managing of staff/smaller teams

  • Arrange and place job advertisements

  • Induction processes and exit interviews

  • Review existing and Implement New Policies and Procedures as required

  • Monitor and track progress of KPI’s

  • Co-ordinate and schedule staff performance reviews

  • Proactively advise Management of any staff performance issues and address as required

  • Manage disciplinary processes in conjunction with department managers in accordance with Fair Work laws

  • Maintain Employee records for HR related incidents and be across the board with current Legislation requirements

  • Process weekly pay runs and timesheets/job cards

  • Commission payment arrangements

  • Annual Leave/Superannuation/Payroll and Tax

  • Monthly budget processing (PAYG)
