• Oversee a reduced portfolio of 100-130 with view to progress
• Provide high quality customer service to tenants and landlords
• Assist with break leases, rent increases and lease renewals
• Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas

• Previous Property Management experience
• Agent Representative Certificate
• Excellent presentation and communication
