About the role
Duties include:
- Managing maintenance issues
- Managing arrears
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Conducting in-going, outgoing & routine inspections
- Lease reviews and rent reviews
- Attending tribunal when needed

Skills and experience
You will need to have:
- Minimum 12 months experience
- Current drivers license
- Agents rep certificate

- You will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
