Our client is a well-known listed investment company with assets across commercial, industrial, residential and retail property that they own, manage and develop. They currently require an experienced Senior Development Manager to oversee all aspects of their latest Commercial tower development.

This organisation is a dynamic property group primarily engaged in the development & management of Residential Towers/Communities, Retail Shopping Centres, Industrial Assets and Commercial Property.

This Senior Development Manager will be in charge of delivering Brisbane's newest A-Grade Commercial Office Tower set for completion in 2022. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing aspects of project delivery including financial performance, reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly reviews and cash flow
• Managing and administering contracts, obtaining current and future approvals 
• Driving strong engagement with key stakeholders to ensure support for the Project Vision and agreed outcomes 
• Collaborating closely with a high performance project team

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in business, property, finance or similar
• Commercial development experience 
• Strategic mindset with demonstrated capability in isolating and solving novel problems and applying big-picture thinking
• Ability to work autonomously with confidence 
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
