• $80,000- $100,000, depending on experience.

The client

Our client is a well-established, diversified property group. Due to growth within the current team, they are now looking for a Commercial/Industrial Property Manager who is keen to take on a national remit. 

The role

To be successful in this role you will be capable in all the following areas:

• Ensure properties are proactively managed and any issues are promptly and professionally resolved.
• Build meaningful tenant relationships which will inform customer experience strategy and initiatives.
• Negotiate lease renewals and actively support the Asset Manager with new leasing opportunities.
• Manage the properties' financial performance as it relates to contracted income, recoveries, operational expenditure, CAPEX and arrears.
• Prepare monthly reports including relevant variance analysis and input into re-forecasting as required.
• Liaise with the Asset Manager regarding all aspects of lease management and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Asset Manager with their execution of asset strategy including lease structuring.

The candidate

Ideally, you will have a degree in Property Economics (or similar) and will have upwards of 2 years' experience within a similar, hands on Property Management role. This experience will have been gained within agency or client-side, with applications also accepted from those working in a CRE role. You will aspire to an Asset Manager role in time and will enjoy working in a role which offers you considerable autonomy over your portfolio.
