Client Details
Our client is an ASX listed developer based in Melbourne that is seeking to add an additional headcount to their development team. Focusing on a number of developments in Victoria, this client is well known in the industry for delivering a high quality project.
Description
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the project/s which includes but is not limited to: forecasting and managing design fee & budgets, managing all associated 3rd parties and assisting in setting the sales and marketing strategy. This role requires a high level of ability to assess, identify and manage all potential risk to the project, as well as developing recommendations for project risk mitigation.
Developing and managing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholder's is a priority in this role as you will be responsible for managing the external project managers.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering all aspects of an project and ideally currently a Contracts Administrator or Assistant Project Manager. They will have 1-2 years of experience with a notable builder or project management consultancy and will have a degree in either real estate, construction or similar.
You must have experience in managing the inputs and outputs for a commercial assessment. Have the ability to problem solve, plan and have strong organisational and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising and managing stakeholders at all levels.
